For the proper fulfilment of your thirty-day legal right, your applications sent by cargo must be notarised or registered with return receipt. Applications within this scope will be accepted following the identity verification to be made by us, and the relevant persons will be responded in writing or electronically within the legal periods.

Your Personal Data will be kept for 10 years from the receipt of the request or throughout the calendar year in which you submitted your request.

9. Where do your Personal Data come from?

The Personal Data we process is directly collected from you by the contact form, insurance companies and call center.

10. How to make a complaint to a Supervisory Authority?

Requests regarding data processing activities must be submitted to the data controller in writing or by other methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. The data controller shall finalise the requests in the application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged. The data controller accepts the request or rejects it by explaining the reason and notifies the relevant person in writing or electronically. If the request in the application is accepted, the data controller shall fulfil the requirement. In case the application is caused by the error of the data controller, the fee charged shall be refunded to the person concerned.

In cases where the application is rejected, the response is found insufficient or the application is not responded in due time; You can file a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days from the date of learning the response of the data controller and in any case within sixty days from the date of application.

In case your right of personality is violated, you reserve the right to compensation according to general provisions.
