Inter Partner Assistance, a subsidiary of the AXA Group, respects the privacy of personal data and is committed to processing all personal data in accordance with applicable global and local laws regarding data privacy.

Personal data is processed by our company only to the extent necessary in order to provide the right products and services to the data owners in accordance with their needs within the scope of assistance services activities.

All necessary technical and administrative measures have been provided by us to protect the processed personal data against unauthorized use or disclosure. To ensure data security, the AXA Group has a data protection team working at a global level and a network of data protection officers at all levels of our companies. In addition, AXA Group and our company have adopted "Binding Corporate Rules (BCR)". These rules represent an internationally recognized standard for the protection of personal data. These rules have also been approved by the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) and the relevant data protection authorities of 15 other European Union countries.

We have procedures in place to ensure that all our employees, consultants and service providers keep personal data confidential, and all of our contractual practices include necessary provisions to ensure this. All processed personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and are protected by our company with the measures applied within the framework of the standards set in the legislation.

Upon request by the data owners, a summary of all personal data in our records will be sent to the relevant data owner, and to the extent permitted by the legislation, requests for deletion, correction or modification of personal data will be fulfilled as soon as possible.

We will adapt to future developments regarding data privacy and will realign these commitments to meet evolving needs.
